Postgraduate@QTAC
Postgraduate@QTACÂ platform is being replaced. You can access academic records held by institutions in the Automated Results Transfer System (ARTS) network via the new and the old platforms below but please note the following important information.
On Wednesday 18 December 2024, existing users will find access to our new Postgraduate@QTAC platform available to them via the button below. We advise that all existing users retrieve any historical or required information to keep for your records from the current Postgraduate@QTAC platform by Friday 27 December 2024.Â
Between Friday 13 December and Wednesday 18 December your requests will experience a temporary pause. Please copy out and save any not-yet-processed requests that remain open by Friday 13 December 2024, and re-lodge them in our new platform any time onwards from Wednesday 18 December 2024.
All of your Institution’s historic data and prior records in our old Postgraduate@QTAC platform will no longer be accessible to you and the link to this platform will be removed on Monday 30 December.Â
Enquiries about the postgraduate@QTAC service should be directed to [email protected].

Terms & conditions
The Assessment of Qualifications Manual (as amended or updated from time to time) (the AQM) is a guide to the standard assessment procedures of the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre Ltd (ABN 28 050 542 633) (QTAC). The AQM is maintained by QTAC.
The AQM can be accessed by registered users via QTAC’s Corporate website.
Your access to, and use of the AQM is subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using the AQM, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use the AQM.
Important disclaimer
The AQM is provided ‘as is’ and is subject to change without notice. While QTAC has taken reasonable care to ensure that the information contained in the AQM is complete and correct, to the fullest extent permissible by law, QTAC makes no warranties or representations of any kind whatsoever in relation to the AQM. QTAC does not warrant that the AQM is free from errors or omissions or that the information contained therein is suitable for your intended use.
You should also take the time to review the Limited Liability clause below.
Registration
QTAC, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to refuse the registration of any person or organisation as a registered user of the AQM or to block access to the AQM by any person or organisation without providing notice to that person or organisation and without providing any reasons for such refusal or blocking.
Charges
You agree to pay all charges required by QTAC relating to the AQM, as described on QTAC’s website, including:
all annual maintenance charges (within 30 days of each invoice issued on 1 July each year)
any applicable goods and services tax or other applicable tax.
Password security
QTAC will issue registered users with a unique login account and password to access the AQM after receipt of all required payments (the annual maintenance charge).
You must keep your password confidential at all times. You must not:
tell, show or otherwise disclose your password to any other person
allow any other person to watch you enter your password when accessing any part of the site
record your password in any manner that would allow someone else to identify the record as your password
permit any other person to use your password.
You must inform us immediately if you become aware of misuse of your password or loss or theft of a record of the password, or if you suspect that the password has become known to another person or institution. If you delay unreasonably in notifying us, you will be solely liable for any loss, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any unauthorised access to or use of the AQM.
Please note these terms and conditions of access do not allow users to share accounts and passwords.
If QTAC becomes aware of any breach of these terms and conditions of use, we may suspend or terminate your registration (and access to the AQM) at any time without notice and without refunding any payments that you have made.
Copyright
Save and except for third party content, copyright in all material in the AQM is owned by QTAC. All rights are reserved.
However, you, as the registered user, may access and display the AQM on a computer, monitor or other video display device and make a single print copy of any whole page or pages from the AQM for your individual private and personal use only, but only if you:
do not modify the copy from how it appears on the QTAC site (unless you have prior written consent from QTAC); and
do not remove any copyright notice on any copy or print out.
Any other use, copying, reproduction, transmission or communication of any part of the AQM is strictly prohibited. Â
Without limiting the foregoing you must not reproduce, frame, transmit (including broadcast), adapt, link to, display, download, store in a retrieval system, or otherwise use any of the material in the AQM without the prior written approval of QTAC.  For permission to reproduce any material a request in writing must be made to QTAC for the attention of the Chief Executive Officer and permission may be given or denied at QTAC’s sole discretion.
Third party information
The AQM may contain information from or about third parties. QTAC does not independently verify such information or the business practices of these third parties and makes no warranties in relation to such information or on any third party’s behalf. Â
Multiple users at the same institution
If you register for access to the site on behalf of an organisation (such as a university or other educational institution), that will entitle the organisation to free access to the AQM for one user only (usually QTAC would expect this to be the organisation’s day-to-day undergraduate admissions contact). If other staff in the domestic undergraduate admissions section of your organisation require access, the annual maintenance charge must be paid for each additional user. If another section of your organisation wants to access the AQM, that section must register separately and pay the annual maintenance charge for each user in that section accessing the AQM.
Technical issues
You must take your own precautions to ensure that the process, which you employ for accessing the AQM, does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference, which may damage your own computer system. QTAC does not accept responsibility for any interference or damage to your computer system, which arises in relation to your use of the AQM. Â
Website unavailability
QTAC does not accept responsibility in the event that the site or the AQM is unavailable to you due to any computer downtime, malfunction or event outside the control of QTAC.
Limitation of liability
Except as otherwise expressly set out in these terms and conditions you have no other rights, expressed or implied, in relation to the AQM, the other content of the site or any part of it.
Except for any terms implied by law and which cannot be excluded, QTAC accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by you as a result of any error, omission or representation in the AQM.  If a term implied by law cannot be excluded, QTAC’s sole liability to you, in the event of a proven breach of that term, shall be to refund the current annual maintenance charge paid by you (if any). Nothing contained in the AQM constitutes an invitation or offer to enter into any legally binding contract.
Variation of terms of use
QTAC reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. We will make such changes by posting them on the site and they will take effect immediately upon being posted. You should check for such changes frequently. Your continued access to, and use of, the AQM after such changes conclusively demonstrates your acceptance of them. Â
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and will keep QTAC indemnified for any claim, demand, injury, direct or indirect damage, loss or cost, liability, right of action or claim for compensation in contract, under statute or tort (including negligence) made against or suffered by QTAC in connection with your use of the AQM, your breach of these terms and conditions or your breach of any rights of third parties. Â
Invalid terms and conditions
In the event that any part of these terms and conditions are determined by a court to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, then such term/s shall be ineffective as to that jurisdiction to the extent of the prohibition or unenforceability. That does not invalidate the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions nor affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction. Â
Governing law and Jurisdiction
By registering to access the AQM and by accessing the AQM you accept that any disputes arising out of your use of the AQM shall be governed by the courts having jurisdiction in the State of Queensland in Australia in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Queensland in Australia. You submit to the jurisdiction of courts exercising jurisdiction in Queensland and waive any right to claim that those courts are in inconvenient forum, even if you are not located or resident in Queensland. The AQM may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas. QTAC makes no representation that the material in the AQM complies with the laws of Australia, any State or Territory of Australia or country outside Australia. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in the place where you are located that are applicable in relation to your use of the AQM or the website.
